UGL Premas Contact Centre is a multimedia contact centre with VoIP capabilities. Established in 1996, our contact centre has grown from 25 seats to almost 100 seats. Our enthusiatic and vibrant customer service officers (CSOs) and support team handle more than 100,000 customer interactions via voice, fax and email each month. Requirements and profiles of our clients are wide ranging, spanning across various industries including travel, technical services, financial services, pharmaceutical as well as, government and statutory boards. In 2002, UGL Premas Contact Centre won the "Call Centre of the Year Award Runner-up title for the under 50 seats category". This prestigious award, presented by the Call Centre Council of Singapore, is the highest industry accolade for call centres in Singapore.
